This policy explains how NEXT GEN PAYON PVT LTD ("Next Gen PayOn", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through this website, including the quote request and partner application forms. We aim to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data you give us through this website, by email or by phone. Personal data that we process on behalf of our clients while delivering services (for example, customer documents during KYC verification) is governed by our agreements with those clients, and by the client's own privacy notice to its customers.

3. What we collect

  • Quote requests: your name, company name, work email, phone number, the solution you need, your expected headcount or monthly volume and your message.
  • Partner applications: your name, phone number, email, city, state, the type of work you want, years of experience, languages spoken, whether you have an Android smartphone with 4G, and any note you add.
  • Technical data: our web server records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.

4. Why we use it

  • To reply to quote requests and prepare proposals.
  • To assess partner applications, contact applicants and, with separate consent, carry out verification and background checks.
  • To keep the website secure and working.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Consent

When you submit a form, you consent to us using the details for the purpose of that form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

6. Who we share it with

  • Web3Forms, the service that delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
  • Our website hosting provider.
  • Verification and background check providers, for partner applicants only, with their consent.
  • Government or regulatory authorities, when the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

Quote requests: up to 24 months after our last contact. Partner applications that do not lead to onboarding: up to 12 months. Server logs: up to 90 days. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

8. Security

We use reasonable security practices and procedures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website.

9. Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Email us to make a request.

10. Grievance Officer

Our Grievance Officer can be reached at finance@next-genpayon.com (subject line: “Grievance”) or by post at our registered office. We will acknowledge grievances and resolve them within the time required by law.

11. Children

This website and our partner programme are not intended for anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
